If you would like to request a day/date for your tattoo, you are welcome to take a look at my availability calendar and include the date(s) you’d like in your message. However, please note that I may ask you to choose a different day/time based on my estimate of how long your tattoo will take.
Requesting a date on this form does not guarantee it. Your appointment is not booked until I send you a confirmation and your 25% deposit is paid.
